If you purchased your Keyport products directly from our website, Keyport offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to conditions of the return policy.
You may return any Keyport product in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (25% restocking fee for all international orders). To request a return, please email sales@mykeyport.com You will receive a response within 2 business days.
If you purchased your Keyport through a retailer or from an online reseller, your ability to return the product is subject to that particular seller's return policy. Keyport will not issue refunds for products purchased through a retail location or from any other reseller. We do provide warranty exchanges as needed for said products.
Keyport does not make exchanges for reasons other than material defects covered under the warranty policy.
