The Keyport Pivot carries a two year limited warranty.
All other products including the Keyport Slide & Blades carry a one year limited warranty.
If you believe you have a defective product, we are happy to replace it for you provided it meets the warranty's requirements. The complete terms of the warranty can be found here.

If you purchased your Keyport product at one of our Authorized Dealers or retail outlets, you must return your product to the origin of purchase along with the original receipt of purchase.
