  • Why am I seeing a new fee on my EU order?

    The European Union has introduced a new customs framework for international packages entering the EU from non-member countries (like the United States). All packages valued under €150 are now subject to a flat €3 customs duty in addition to standard local Value Added Tax (VAT).

  • Will my package be delayed because of the new EU VAT?

    Possibly. Your local customs office or courier will hold the package until they notify you and receive payment for the outstanding VAT and customs fees. We highly recommend tracking your package closely to pay these fees promptly.

  • What happens if I refuse to pay the customs fees upon delivery?
